Mike Brown is a native New Yorker born in Massachusetts. Growing up in Queens he spent time building Legos without instructions and perfecting a Michael Jackson impression. As a teenager, Mike studied stage acting at the Harlem School of the Arts and later performed with Shakespeare in The Park and at The Apollo. He only stopped performing to take his divorced-parent’s advice: “Go to college. Get a job.” He did that- twice.  Mike dropped out once.

After obtaining a BA in Creative Writing from Hunter College, Mike returned to entertainment as a Radio Host, Music Editor and Senior Online Producer. He's really good at talking and tweeting.

Currently, Mike works as a professional comedian and writer performing everywhere, including but not limited to: comedy clubs, cellars, bars, basements, barbershops, gyms, laundromats, churches, high schools, colleges, condos, inside apartments, outside apartments: backyards, front-yards, rooftops, retirement homes and yachts.
